Defective Item Procedures

Have a Problem with a Product? If you are in Canada or the USA please contact Archos tech support from www.archos.com and they will assist you.  If you are out of the country please fill in the form below. If you get an error on the form dont worry...we still get it.

 Please follow the following directions for fastest service.

For any items which must be returned for repair/replacement you must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from us in order to expedite the return.  Please fill out the following information if you are having problems requiring warranty replacement/repairs and we will send you the directions for the fastest service.  Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
